Where Jacksonville Compares Party Bus Rentals
Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website — not a local bus company, and not the company that performs your trip. What it does is connect your group to a network of bus companies and booking companies serving Jacksonville, Onslow County, and the wider eastern North Carolina region, so you can compare party buses, minibuses, charter buses, and Sprinter vans all in one place without calling five different companies and waiting on callbacks.
Fill out one form or call 910-940-9430 and you'll see quotes in under 30 seconds. From there, you compare vehicles side by side — size, amenities, availability, and all-inclusive rate — and choose what fits your group. Live agents are one call away to help you sort through the options, adjust for your headcount, and put together a package that matches your itinerary, whether you need a one-way airport transfer to OAJ or a full party bus evening that runs from Jacksonville down US-17 to Wilmington and back.
Jacksonville's bus inventory is smaller than a major metro market, which is exactly why searching through a wide network of providers matters more here — not less. Through Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com, you access vehicles and price points you wouldn't surface by calling one local company directly.

Get the Jacksonville Bus Amenities You Want
For groups that want the party to start before the first stop, a 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically includes a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound with flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the right setup for a bachelorette night or birthday outing heading into Wilmington or out to the beaches. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos work well for smaller groups and executive transfers, with available USB charging at every seat, tinted windows, and leather seating. For longer hauls to Raleigh or Charlotte, a 40–56 passenger charter bus adds reclining seats, overhead storage, climate control, WiFi, power outlets, and an onboard restroom.
Amenities vary by vehicle, but the quote tool lets you filter by exactly what your group needs.

Jacksonville Party Bus Prices
To give you an idea of what to expect, party bus and charter bus rental prices in the Jacksonville area generally run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example figures to help you plan — your actual quote will depend on your date, itinerary, group size, and the vehicle you choose.
Prom season in April and May creates a demand surge across Onslow County high schools, and fall events like the Onslow County Fair tighten availability across the region as well. Your Shortcut to the Right Jacksonville Party Bus
Jacksonville sits along US-17 in Onslow County, with a large military-connected population, and the city stretches from Western Boulevard out through the Brynn Marr corridor and south toward Swansboro — but the local bus market here doesn't always surface easily when you're searching. Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com solves that by pulling quotes from a wide network of providers rather than limiting you to whatever's available through a single local company on any given date.
You get instant pricing in under 30 seconds online, live agents at 910-940-9430 available any time to walk through your options, and custom packages including one-ways, round-trips, and multi-stop itineraries. Whether you need a 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night or a 56-passenger motorcoach to move a large group of contractors between Camp Lejeune and a conference hotel in Wilmington, the site makes it easy to compare and move forward with the all-in price shown up front. When you work with Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com, there are no hidden fees to sort out and no waiting on a callback — you get your quote, compare your options, and lock in the bus that fits your trip.
Jacksonville Party Bus Rentals for Every Occasion
Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com helps you find and compare group transportation for every occasion in Jacksonville and across Onslow County — from airport shuttles and wedding shuttles to bachelorette parties, prom, sporting events, concerts, corporate shuttles, and school field trips. Whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 910-940-9430 to get your group moving.

Jacksonville Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Albert J. Ellis Airport (OAJ) handles commercial air service for the Jacksonville area, with American Airlines running daily regional connections through Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) — giving travelers access to nationwide connections from a small terminal that sits about 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville in Richlands. The airport is compact and easy to move through, but coordinating a ground pickup for a group after baggage claim is a real challenge when there's no mass transit connecting OAJ to the Western Boulevard corridor, the Brynn Marr area, or the Lejeune gates.
A minibus or Sprinter handles group airport pickups cleanly — the vehicle waits, your group loads together with luggage, and you go directly to your next stop without juggling multiple rideshares for eight people traveling together. For groups flying into Wilmington International Airport (ILM) instead, it's about 50 miles south on US-17 — our ILM group shuttle guide covers the pickup logistics at that terminal before you land. Call 910-940-9430 to set up your OAJ or ILM ground transfer.

Jacksonville Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Jacksonville bachelorette night tends to cover range — because the best options here extend across Western Boulevard, into downtown, and frequently push 50 miles south toward Wilmington's bar and restaurant scene or east out to the Crystal Coast, depending on what the group is after. A 15- to 30-passenger party bus with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound means the celebration starts when everyone boards, not when you arrive at the first stop.
Keeping the whole crew together across a night that touches multiple stops — without anyone hunting parking on Western Blvd, splitting into rideshares at last call, or drawing the short straw on a 50-mile drive home from Wilmington — is exactly what a party bus rental handles. For bachelorette weekends that include an afternoon at Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach before the evening out, a minibus covers the full itinerary with space for beach gear and party amenities for the after-dark portion. Call 910-940-9430 to get the right size vehicle lined up for your group.

Jacksonville Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is a real moment — and for Sweet 16 celebrations and quinceañera gatherings where the entrance matters, it lands differently than a carpool drop-off. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available through the network, and you can request specific exterior colors like white, black, or silver to coordinate with your event's theme and decorations.
For celebrations at event spaces in Jacksonville or at venues across Onslow County, a party bus handles multi-address pickup from different residential starting points and delivers the full group to the venue entrance together. For milestone adult birthdays where the plan is a night out in Wilmington — dinner on the Cape Fear waterfront, then stops at a few spots in the Cargo District or on the Riverwalk — a party bus rental that runs the whole evening is what keeps everyone together without anyone sitting out the trip to drive. Use the online quote tool or call 910-940-9430 to check availability for your date.

Jacksonville Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Jacksonville doesn't have a major indoor arena or large outdoor amphitheater, which means most Onslow County groups looking for a touring act end up making the run south on US-17 to Wilmington. Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park is the region's biggest outdoor concert venue, drawing national headliners to the Cape Fear waterfront each summer season — and on a sold-out show night, that stretch of US-17 heading back north toward Jacksonville after midnight moves slowly.
A party bus or minibus rental covers that 50-mile run as a group, so everyone rides together and nobody volunteers as the return navigator after midnight. The Wilson Center in downtown Wilmington handles indoor shows year-round for groups wanting a full-production arts venue experience. Our blog guides cover drop-off logistics for both: Live Oak Bank Pavilion concert group guide and Wilson Center group show guide.
Call 910-940-9430 to get your concert bus locked in ahead of the date.

Jacksonville Corporate Event Transportation
Jacksonville's economy runs heavily on defense contracting and military-adjacent industries, with Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River supporting thousands of civilian workers and contractors who move regularly between the base, local hotels along Western Boulevard and Gum Branch Road, and conference venues or client sites in Wilmington. Shuttling a team between a contractor briefing on Holcomb Boulevard and a conference hotel downtown Wilmington is a 90-plus-mile round trip — manageable in one charter bus that keeps the whole team together and cuts out the need to coordinate a caravan of rental cars.
For locally-based events, a minibus works well for smaller teams moving between Jacksonville's business corridors or handling executive transfers to OAJ for early departures. For larger corporate events using Wilmington's hotel blocks and conference space, a 40–56 passenger charter bus provides undercarriage storage for equipment and presentation materials, climate control, and onboard WiFi so your team stays productive on the road. Call 910-940-9430 to discuss group rates and contract shuttle arrangements.

Jacksonville Private Event Transportation Services
The Onslow County Fair draws large attendance each fall to the Onslow County Agricultural Center, and roads around the fairgrounds get congested on peak evening sessions. Rather than coordinating parking for a group of 20, a charter bus or minibus handles the full transfer — curbside drop-off at the entrance, staged nearby during your visit, and a scheduled return when your group is done.
For larger private events — family reunions, church retreats, military homecoming gatherings, or multi-venue celebrations that span Jacksonville and the coast — a Jacksonville private event charter bus keeps your entire group on one coordinated schedule instead of scattered across separate vehicles. A party bus or charter bus rental also makes sense for groups traveling to the Legion Stadium events in Wilmington or outdoor festivals along the Cape Fear waterfront. Call 910-940-9430 to put together the right package for your occasion.

Jacksonville Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Onslow County high schools — including Jacksonville High School, Northside High School, White Oak High School, and Swansboro High School — hold proms and homecoming events through April and May, and demand for party buses and minibuses across the area peaks during this 6-week stretch when multiple schools are booking simultaneously. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates.
A typical prom rental for 20–25 students — school pickup, a photo stop, venue drop-off, and a post-prom return — gives your group an all-in evening with enough room for formal attire and a coordinated itinerary that doesn't rely on parent carpools. To give you a planning figure: a 6-hour prom rental might run $1,800–$2,200 booked 4–6 months out but $2,800 or more booked last-minute — that's example pricing, not a locked-in quote. Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com makes it straightforward to compare bus types and get your prom transportation confirmed early.
Call 910-940-9430 to start the process.

Jacksonville School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips that originate in Jacksonville frequently travel across eastern North Carolina — the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the Crystal Coast is roughly 35 miles away, the Cape Fear Museum in Wilmington is about 50 miles south on US-17, and longer educational trips to Raleigh put the group on the road for close to two hours each way. A charter bus or minibus handles these routes far more comfortably than a school bus, with TV screens and a PA system for onboard programming, overhead storage for gear and lunches, and an onboard restroom on select vehicles for trips over an hour.
Teachers and chaperones will find that comparing vehicles and pricing through Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com takes minutes rather than hours of phone calls — one form covers your headcount, destination, and date. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote and a live team at 910-940-9430 will confirm what's on offer for your specific trip date.

Jacksonville Sporting Event Transportation
Sporting events in Jacksonville range from high school football Fridays at stadiums across Onslow County to fan travel for professional teams in Raleigh or Charlotte. Carolina Hurricanes fans making the trip from Jacksonville to Lenovo Center in Raleigh face roughly 120 miles northwest on US-17 to I-40 — a run where a charter bus with reclining seats and WiFi is a significant upgrade over splitting across a caravan of cars for a weeknight game.
For Charlotte travel — Panthers games at Bank of America Stadium or Hornets games at Spectrum Center — it's approximately 200 miles from Jacksonville, which is exactly the kind of trip where an onboard restroom and a full-size charter bus make a real difference. On the local end, a Jacksonville sporting event bus rental covers high school game-day groups, travel sports team trips, and fan groups heading down to Wilmington for UNCW Seahawks games at Trask Coliseum. Call 910-940-9430 to set up your group's ride.

Jacksonville Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Planning a wedding in Onslow County or at a venue along the Crystal Coast or Topsail Island? A Jacksonville wedding shuttle handles the guest coordination that makes or breaks a wedding day timeline — running a clean loop between hotel blocks on Western Boulevard or Gum Branch Road and the ceremony venue so guests don't navigate unfamiliar roads in formal attire.
Weddings at venues near Swansboro, along the New River waterfront, or out toward the barrier islands involve rural and coastal roads that confuse out-of-town guests on a normal day and become genuinely stressful after a reception. A minibus or charter bus handles the full guest transfer from pickup through final drop-off, keeps everyone on schedule during the ceremony window, and means nobody hunts for a rideshare from a venue with inconsistent cell coverage at 10pm. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo covers the wedding day's private transport needs.
Call 910-940-9430 and a live team can help you build pickup windows and a timeline that fits your venue and your guest count.

Jacksonville Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The areas surrounding Jacksonville give you two distinct directions for a group brewery or winery outing: a bar crawl through Jacksonville's Western Boulevard corridor, or a day trip south to Wilmington's craft brewery scene, which clusters in the Cargo District and along the downtown waterfront. Wilmington's breweries are about 50 miles each way on US-17 — a round trip that works cleanly as a group excursion when everyone rides together and nobody has to figure out the return drive after the last pint.
A Jacksonville winery tour bus rental keeps your group together across every stop so nobody sits out a round to play the sober navigator, nobody splits off in rideshares at the end of the night, and the return trip north on US-17 is already handled. You can extend the night to include the Wilmington Riverwalk for waterfront dinner before the brewery run begins. Call 910-940-9430 to put your route together and rent a party bus your group will actually remember.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jacksonville Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com?
Wilmingtonpartybuscompany.com is an independent comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It connects you with local transportation providers and booking companies and lets you compare party bus, charter bus, minibus, and Sprinter rentals in Jacksonville through one online form — so you can weigh prices and vehicle options side by side and choose what fits your group and your budget.

How much does a party bus cost in Jacksonville?
Jacksonville party bus rental pricing varies by vehicle size, date, and trip length. To give you a planning figure: small party buses (15–20 passengers) typically run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; larger party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. You get access to a wider range of vehicles and price points than you’d typically surface by calling one local company directly.
Can I book a bus for a trip from Jacksonville to Wilmington?
Yes — one-way and round-trip packages between Jacksonville and Wilmington are available through the network. It’s about 50 miles on US-17, roughly 55 minutes in normal traffic. Groups heading south for concerts at Live Oak Bank Pavilion, nights on the Riverwalk, or events at the Wilson Center regularly use this run.
Call 910-940-9430 to set up the route and confirm availability for your date.
What’s the best vehicle size for an airport pickup at Albert J. Ellis Airport?
For groups of 6–8 with checked luggage, a Sprinter van is usually the clean fit — it handles OAJ’s compact curbside without the overhead of a full party bus, and undercarriage space covers the bags. For groups of 10 or more, or groups with significant luggage after a longer trip, a 15–35 passenger minibus with dedicated storage bays is the better option. Call 910-940-9430 with your group size and arrival time and a live team can match you with the right vehicle.
Popular Jacksonville Party Bus Destinations
Jacksonville and Onslow County offer a solid range of destinations for group outings — from the Camp Lejeune corridor and the New River waterfront to day trips to the Crystal Coast and the full Wilmington run south on US-17. Here are six popular stops for Jacksonville group travel.

Albert J. Ellis Airport (OAJ)
Albert J. Ellis Airport (264 Albert Ellis Airport Dr, Richlands, NC 28574) serves Jacksonville and Onslow County with American Airlines regional connections running through Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The airport sits roughly 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville in Richlands — close enough for a quick transfer, but far enough that without a prearranged group vehicle, your options after baggage claim are limited. There’s no mass transit connecting OAJ to Western Boulevard or the Lejeune corridor, and rideshare availability at a small regional airport can be inconsistent, especially during high-volume travel dates like summer leave periods for the base.
A minibus or Sprinter handles group airport pickups cleanly, with the vehicle ready curbside once your group is assembled with luggage. For groups flying into Wilmington International Airport (ILM) instead, see the ILM shuttle guide above for arrival logistics.
Address: 264 Albert Ellis Airport Dr, Richlands, NC 28574

Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune
Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune is one of the largest Marine Corps installations in the world, covering more than 150,000 acres across Onslow County and supporting tens of thousands of active-duty Marines, family members, and civilian contractors. The base’s main gate entrances along Holcomb Boulevard serve as the most common group pickup and drop-off points for transportation heading to Jacksonville hotels, Wilmington event venues, and Albert J. Ellis Airport. Military homecoming ceremonies, family day events, and contractor shuttle operations are all common reasons groups book buses in this area.
Civilian vehicle access to the installation is controlled — coordinate your pickup point at the appropriate gate and confirm access requirements before your travel date at the official Camp Lejeune visitor information page.
Main Gate Area: Holcomb Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28547

Onslow County Agricultural Center
The Onslow County Agricultural Center and its associated fairgrounds host the annual Onslow County Fair, one of the region’s biggest fall events, pulling large crowds across multiple evenings and weekends each October. Roads around the complex get congested on peak attendance nights, and parking fills up faster than most first-time fairgoers expect. A charter bus or minibus handles the group transfer cleanly — curbside drop-off at the entrance, staged nearby during your visit, and a return pickup at your scheduled time instead of searching for your car in a packed lot after dark.
Check the official Onslow County website for current fair dates, hours, and access information before your visit.
Location: Onslow County, Jacksonville, NC (check official site for current address and access roads)

New River Waterfront & Downtown Jacksonville
The New River runs through and around Jacksonville, with the downtown waterfront corridor serving as a gathering point for local events, outdoor activities, and group outings across the warmer months. The downtown area along the river gives groups a central, walkable destination for waterfront dining, casual bar stops, and outdoor events that come through the area. On evenings when downtown Jacksonville is hosting a local festival or community event, parking in the compact downtown grid tightens quickly.
A minibus or party bus rental drops your group near the waterfront and handles the return pickup when your event wraps, which keeps things simple whether you’re ending the night in Jacksonville or continuing south toward Wilmington. Combine the waterfront with a stop on the Wilmington Riverwalk for a full evening run.

Crystal Coast Beaches — Emerald Isle & Atlantic Beach
Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach on the Crystal Coast sit roughly 25–35 miles east of downtown Jacksonville, making them the closest barrier island beach destinations for Onslow County groups. On summer weekends, NC-24 heading east through Swansboro and approaching the bridges onto Bogue Banks backs up significantly, and beach access parking at Emerald Isle fills by mid-morning on a busy July Saturday. A minibus or charter bus rental for a beach day puts the whole group in one vehicle with undercarriage room for chairs, coolers, and gear, and stages near a beach access while everyone is on the water.
For groups of 20 or more heading out for a beach day, family reunion, or bachelorette afternoon, one bus is consistently a better deal than coordinating parking and fuel across eight separate cars. Call 910-940-9430 to set up your Crystal Coast group trip.

Downtown Wilmington — Riverwalk & Cape Fear Waterfront
Wilmington is Jacksonville’s closest major city — 50 miles south on US-17 — and it’s where most Onslow County groups go for concerts, nightlife, waterfront dining, and larger events. The Cape Fear Riverfront and Wilmington Riverwalk put restaurants, bars, and event spaces within easy walking distance of each other, and the Cargo District near downtown holds the city’s craft brewery cluster. Getting back to Jacksonville after a late night in Wilmington means a 50-mile drive on US-17 in the dark — not the ideal close to an evening out.
A party bus covers the full round trip and handles the return no matter how late the night runs. Our Wilmington Riverwalk group night-out guide covers drop-off spots and parking logistics in detail. For concerts at Live Oak Bank Pavilion or shows at the Wilson Center, see those venue guides linked in the concert section above.
